A third generation in Real Estate Rentals and Property Management, is the Managing Broker of the International Luxury Rentals firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Since 1985 Andrea has specifically focused on the investment side of real estate, assisting real estate corporations, developers and owners to obtain the highest return for rentals and sales.
Eventually opening her own company in 2002, Florida Luxury Rentals in Fort Lauderdale, she worked specifically in the rental niche. Even when the sales market was thriving, rentals were a consistent source of income due to all the investors purchasing income properties. Florida Luxury Rentals boomed in its rental niche and the company was sold to an organization that added South Florida to their market in 2007. Nishika N. Jones-Green is a Licensed Real Estate Broker of Urban Living Realty, in Baltimore, Maryland and Executive Vice President and Real Estate Trainer for International Luxury in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
